Hello everybody! Jackson has an appointment with Dr. Parmer in the morning for his 9 Month check up.... yep-- that's right-- he is NINE MONTHS OLD!!! Where did the time go! I'll post a quick pic and his height and weight stats when we return and also the number of ugly looks he gives Nakia when she gives him his shots!! He doesn't really cry when he gets them. He will for just a minute when she hits him with the needle but the looks that he gives her when she's done are absolutely HYSTERICAL! I know you are thinking there is something wrong with me.. there is nothing funny about your sweet baby getting those mean old shots. But Jackson is one tough little boy-- I do see broken arms in his future. But unlike Austin's two broken arms, when the Doctor says "Jackson how did you hurt your arm?" he will say "I was trying to swing from the ceiling fan and it didn't work so well!" Yep-- we can see it now, he is going to be our more adventurous one.
Speaking of adventures, check out the list to the right. There are some blogs of friends of mine that I follow. Right now Sharon is on a trip to Egypt. She is one of my scrap booking buddies and is posting some of her photos from this amazing trip!!! She is on a tour with several other people from the US and a preacher by the name of Farrell Jenkins. He is also doing a blog with more of the Biblical history of the sights they are seeing. He takes several groups a year on this trip and has done a lot of research on the areas they are visiting and the biblical history that goes along with it. Check them out if you have time.
